I had a mixed experience at the park. On one hand, the setting was beautiful, and the pools were lovely and well-maintained. However, I faced significant issues with customer service that put a damper on my family camping trip. While there were amenities like food vans and a decent pool area, the communication and handling of my booking were quite disappointing.
I was disappointed with the customer service. The staff was unhelpful regarding my booking and the after-hours assistance was rather rude.
The park is located close to several beautiful beaches, which is a big plus.
The presence of food vans provided a convenient option for meals without the hassle of cooking.
The pools were clean and perfect for the kids, and the park's grounds were well-kept.

We had a wonderful family getaway at this park, with a fantastic pool that the kids adored and a great location near the beach. However, we did find that some aspects of our stay could use improvement, including the air-conditioning in the cabin and the maintenance of the pool area. Overall, it's a great spot for families looking for fun and relaxation.
We stayed in a Superior Waterfront Cabin, which needed a bit of TLC. There was some mold in the bathroom, and air-conditioning in the bedrooms would have been a bonus.
The staff were friendly and helpful, particularly the maintenance team, but we felt that the check-in experience could have been less strict and more welcoming.
The location right on Tallebudgera Creek is stunning, with easy access to both Burleigh Heads and Palm Beach. It's perfect for summer outings.
The pool area is a highlight for families, though it could use some updates to keep it looking fresh and inviting.

We enjoyed our stay in a camper trailer at this holiday park, with direct access to the beautiful Tallebudgera Creek. The amenities were mostly excellent, and the pools were a hit, particularly for families. However, the shortage of sinks for dishwashing was a minor inconvenience, and the weekend crowds were a bit overwhelming compared to the quieter mid-week experience.
We stayed in a camper trailer on a powered site, which was spacious enough and reasonably equipped. However, there were a few issues with the cabin during another stay, like uncomfortable beds and cracked tiles.
The onsite food truck was fantastic for quick meals, and there was a little convenience store serving great coffee.
The park is ideally located next to Tallebudgera Creek and a short stroll to the beach, making it perfect for families.
The food truck provided a solid selection for quick dining options, which we found very convenient.
With two pools - one family-friendly with slides and another for adults only - the amenities were well-maintained and enjoyable. However, the shortage of dishwashing sinks was a downside.

I had an amazing time at this waterfront park hotel! The cabin we stayed in was clean and comfortable, with a stunning view to wake up to. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach, and the amenities were top-notch. I did wish that the dining options included more variety, especially for breakfast, but overall the value for money was fantastic. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a family-friendly getaway.
The waterfront cabin was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with all the amenities we needed.
The staff were friendly and attentive, always willing to help with any issues that arose.
The location was fantastic, with easy access to the beach, cafes, and a nearby surf club.
While the on-site cafe had excellent coffee and treats, I found the breakfast options a bit limited.
The park offered great amenities, including pools and a lovely creek area for swimming.

I had a mixed experience during my stay. The park had great amenities and was perfect for families, especially with its lovely river and beach access. However, the booking issues were frustrating and really impacted my overall satisfaction. It's a beautiful spot, but be cautious with their site allocation process.
I booked a river ensuite a year in advance but was given a less desirable site upon arrival, which was disappointing.
The staff tried to help, but the communication regarding site allocation was poor, which created a lot of frustration.
The location by the river and beach is fantastic; it’s why we keep returning each year.
While the park amenities were nice, the playground needs an update, and there are some areas that feel neglected.
